Because our offerings are service-based and time-bound, not physical goods, the nature of our work is often performed in phases and may involve planning, account setup, content development, strategy execution, and reporting throughout the service month. For that reason, we ask that you carefully review the following policy regarding refunds.

Refund Eligibility

We stand behind the value of our work, and we want to be fair to both parties. Therefore, our refund policy is based on the status of service delivery:

✅ Partial Refunds

If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver part of the agreed-upon services within the monthly billing cycle — and you have not yet received value from that specific portion of work — we will offer a partial refund proportionate to the undelivered work.
This may include:

• Scheduled deliverables not completed (e.g., email or SMS campaigns not executed)

• Website update hours not utilized

• Ad campaigns not launched (where setup did not occur)

Refunds in such cases will be reviewed and issued at our discretion after a detailed review of time logs and service delivery records.

❌ Non-Refundable Circumstances

Due to the nature of digital marketing and the planning/execution effort required, we do not offer full or partial refunds in the following cases:

• Services have already been rendered in part or in full

• You changed your mind after service work has commenced

• Lack of results or personal dissatisfaction, where deliverables were fulfilled as outlined

Our services are billed monthly, and by purchasing a package, you agree to this billing cycle and service structure.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your service package for the upcoming month, please notify us at least 5 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for another cycle. Cancellations received after this window may be processed for the following month.

Disputes

We are committed to resolving any concerns quickly and professionally. If you believe you are eligible for a refund or credit, please contact us directly at [your email] so we can review your account and work toward a resolution. Please note that initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension and future service denial.
