This policy explains how Arizona Strategy handles refunds, cancellations, monthly billing, and special retainer agreements.

Arizona Strategy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides SEO, paid advertising, and product marketing services for businesses in Phoenix, the East Valley (including Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, and Scottsdale), and clients across the United States. This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for our monthly services and any special retainer or contract arrangements.
Most monthly service plans are structured around an expected delivery of up to approximately 16 hours of work per month. The actual scope and time allocation vary based on priorities, approvals, access, and what work is required that month.
Work may include strategy, audits, reporting, SEO updates, content planning, technical fixes, ad account work, landing page optimization, conversion tracking, and related marketing tasks.
For most clients, services are billed monthly and you may cancel at any time by providing notice before your next billing date.
Some clients may be on a retainer or contract (a special circumstance). If a retainer or contract applies, the cancellation terms in that agreement control.
Because marketing services involve time, labor, and delivery of intangible work product, refunds are uncommon, but may be considered in limited situations.
In most cases, a refund may be considered when:
You were billed for a month of service and no meaningful work was completed for that billing period, and
Access, approvals, and requested materials were reasonably available, and
The lack of delivery was primarily due to our internal delay rather than external constraints.
When appropriate, refunds may be issued as:
A full refund for that billing period, or
A partial refund or service credit, at our discretion, based on what was delivered.
Refunds are generally not provided for:
Work that has already been performed (including strategy, audits, setup, research, reporting, planning, optimization, account changes, or deliverables shared)
Months where delivery was limited due to client-side delays (missing access, approvals, content, logins, assets, required decisions, or unresponsive communication)
Normal performance variability (SEO and ads results can fluctuate and are influenced by many factors outside our control)
Third-party costs and pass-through fees (ad spend, software/tools, domains, hosting, or platform fees), which are non-refundable
Paid advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) is billed and collected by the ad platform and is not refundable by Arizona Strategy. Any third-party tools or services you choose to purchase are also subject to the third party’s refund rules.
If you are on a signed retainer, minimum-term agreement, or custom scope, refund and cancellation terms may differ. In those cases, the terms of the signed agreement control.
To request a refund review, contact us and include:
Your business name and billing period in question
A brief description of the issue
Any relevant context (delays in access, approvals, or communication)
We typically review refund requests based on work logs, deliverables, communications, and the scope of the monthly plan.
SEO and paid ads are not instant, guaranteed-outcome services. Results depend on your market, competition, website condition, budget, approvals, and consistency over time. We focus on execution quality and strategic improvement rather than promising specific rankings or revenue outcomes.
