You, the client, are solely responsible for:

We act solely as an execution partner based on your direction. Arizona Strategy shall not be held liable for any penalties, fines, investigations, legal action, or reputational damage resulting from your content, campaigns, or business practices.

We do not control changes in algorithms, policies, or platform availability
You are responsible for maintaining your own third-party platform accounts

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arizona Strategy, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, legal fees, or expenses arising from:

You may cancel services by providing at least 5 business days’ notice before your next billing cycle.

Performance may vary based on factors beyond our control.
Any custom creative, campaigns, or strategies we develop may be used exclusively by you for your business. We retain the right to use anonymized work in portfolios or case studies unless otherwise requested.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
