Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how cancellations, terminations, and refunds are handled for services purchased from Arizona Strategy (“Arizona Strategy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and its partners, contractors, affiliates, and authorized representatives (collectively, the “Company”).

This Policy is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions and applies to all clients unless a separate signed agreement expressly states otherwise. By purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.

Arizona Strategy reserves the right to cancel or refuse services at any time. Refund amounts, if any, depend on how much work has been completed at the time of cancellation.

1. Overview

Services are generally sold for a selected term and paid upfront, as described in your proposal, invoice, or checkout confirmation. Cancellation may be initiated by you or by Arizona Strategy under the terms below.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a full refund. Refund eligibility is determined based on work performed, costs incurred, third-party spend, platform commitments, and the circumstances of cancellation.

Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection or other mandatory laws.

2. Client-Initiated Cancellation

You may request cancellation by contacting Arizona Strategy in writing at hello@arizonastrategy.com or by phone at 480-420-4902. Cancellation requests should include your name, business name, service description, and reason for cancellation.

Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request, Arizona Strategy will review the status of your account, work completed, scheduled deliverables, and any non-recoverable costs before determining refund eligibility.

Unless otherwise stated in your service agreement, fees for completed work, media spend already deployed, third-party subscriptions activated on your behalf, rush fees, and custom project phases already in progress are generally non-refundable.

3. Arizona Strategy’s Right to Cancel or Refuse Service

Arizona Strategy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, terminate, or refuse service to any customer at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

  • Non-payment, failed payments, chargebacks, or billing disputes.
  • Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward staff or partners.
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
  • Requests that violate platform policies, applicable law, or our ethical standards.
  • Failure to provide required access, approvals, or materials after reasonable notice.
  • Operational, legal, reputational, or business reasons determined by Arizona Strategy.

4. Refund Framework

If no work has been done on your account or project, a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled service term will generally be issued, minus any non-refundable processing fees or third-party charges already incurred, if applicable.

If work has begun, refunds will be issued only to the extent permitted by this Policy and your service agreement. Arizona Strategy may retain fees proportional to work completed, hours expended, deliverables produced, campaign setup performed, consulting provided, or costs committed on your behalf.

Refunds are calculated in Arizona Strategy’s reasonable business judgment based on internal records, project management notes, platform activity logs, and deliverable status. We are not obligated to provide refunds for subjective dissatisfaction where contracted work was performed in good faith.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method when possible within a reasonable timeframe, typically within fourteen (14) to thirty (30) business days, subject to payment processor timelines.

5. What Constitutes Work Completed

For refund purposes, “work completed” may include, without limitation:

  • Account audits, strategy sessions, kickoff calls, or consulting time.
  • Keyword research, campaign architecture, ad creative development, or landing page work.
  • Website design, development, revisions, or deployment activities.
  • SEO implementation, content creation, citation work, or technical fixes.
  • Ad account setup, conversion tracking, or platform integrations.
  • Reporting, dashboard configuration, or analytics setup.
  • Media spend already placed or committed in advertising platforms.
  • Third-party tool licenses, domains, hosting, or vendor fees procured for your project.

6. Full Refund When No Work Has Been Performed

If you cancel before Arizona Strategy or its authorized personnel have commenced substantive work on your project or account, you are generally eligible for a full refund of prepaid service fees for the cancelled portion of service.

“Substantive work” does not include automatic account creation, internal scheduling, or administrative preparation that has not yet resulted in deliverables, platform changes, or billable effort. Arizona Strategy will make the final determination in good faith.

7. Partial Refunds and Pro-Rata Calculations

When work has partially progressed, Arizona Strategy may issue a partial refund reflecting the unused portion of prepaid services after deducting the value of work completed and non-recoverable costs.

Pro-rata calculations may be based on time elapsed, milestones completed, budget deployed, or a combination of factors appropriate to the service type. Arizona Strategy’s calculation methodology is final unless otherwise required by law or expressly modified in a signed agreement.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise:

  • Advertising media spend already charged to platforms.
  • Third-party software, domain registrations, hosting, or vendor fees.
  • Completed custom deliverables provided to you.
  • Promotional credits applied at checkout where stated as non-refundable.
  • Services explicitly marked non-refundable in your proposal or invoice.
  • Chargeback fees, payment processing fees, or administrative penalties arising from disputed payments.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Arizona Strategy to resolve the matter, we may suspend services, disable access, and provide evidence of work completed to the payment processor or financial institution.

Chargebacks filed in bad faith may result in permanent refusal of future services and collection of amounts owed, including fees permitted by law.

10. Guarantees and Promotional Offers

Any performance guarantee, credit, or promotional refund offer is subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of offer and supersedes this Policy to the extent of any conflict.

Marketing claims, case studies, and testimonials on our websites are subject to our Disclaimer and do not, by themselves, create refund entitlements beyond what is expressly written in your agreement or guarantee terms.

11. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, Arizona Strategy may revoke access to dashboards, reports, internal tools, and ongoing campaign management. You remain responsible for platform accounts under your ownership.

We may provide reasonable transition assistance at our discretion, but are not obligated to continue work, maintain campaigns, or preserve configurations after cancellation becomes effective unless separately purchased.
